The project has been designed using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2008. The coding language used is VB.Net. The back end used is MS SQL Server 2005.\u00a0The day to day activities of the showroom includes the Purchase, Sales, maintaining the details of the Customers and Suppliers, maintaining the optimum stock, getting specific requirements from the customers, keeping track of the new arrivals of goods and brands in the market and updating them in the stock.\u00a0 All the above said activities are done manually and become very tedious as the number of items and brands are more and the customers grow day by day. In order to meet the growing demands, a system has to be developed to keep track of all the activities of the showroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The system is designed to keep track of\u00a0 Apparel stock , Suppliers, Customers, Purchase,\u00a0 Sales,\u00a0 payments and receipts. As a good will measure an SMS is sent to the customers on special occasions\u00a0 such as birthdays, wedding days and after every purchase.\u00a0The system is also designed to produce the reports on the current stock with brand wise and goods wise. The receipts are printed and the day to day sales transactions are cumulated and printed for any particular day. All the reports can be taken for any given day and can be viewed as soft copy or hard copy and thus help to improve the business of the showroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>The<strong> Apparels Management System <\/strong>is mainly used to computerize all the process such as stock , customer , supplier, payment, receipt, billing \u00a0and other reports required by the company.
