The project entitled “SPINNING YARN PROCESSING SYSTEM” has been developed under VB.NET 2008 as front end and MS SQL Server 2005 as back end.
This software system is designed to Calculate Production, Efficiency and ratio of conversion of Industrial cotton units to yarn units to drive the machinary. The system is designed to manage production and efficiency of a cotton mill. It collects all the data from various stages of the production. Our system Communicates with each machine in a unit and fetch basic data into computer and then the Production and efficiency of each machine is calculated.
The application also facilitates the addition of new production accounts, modification of existing customer details. It also facilitates bookkeeping and accounting needed to operate a Warehouse for a company specializing in production details. It has the efficient production management, helps to reduce and optimize warehouse, capital expenses and workload for personal. It helps the warehouse management handle flows of information regarding incoming and outgoing quantities of products and a production inventory.
The objective is to prepare software or application, which could maintain data and provide a user friendly interface for retrieving production related details just in few seconds, with 100% accuracy The Software, is completely computerized, so it is not time consuming process. No paper is work required & it can be implemented further. All the forms can be reported along with their necessaries entries. It can be viewed in the respective data process.
The proposed system is required to automate the stock maintenance activities with less human effort. The proposed system committed to excel the satisfaction of its valued customers by manufacturing and supplying high quality yarn in time by adhering effective quality management system.
