The project entitled “ONLINE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is developed under the environment ASP.Net 2008 as Front End and MS SQL Server 2005 as Back End. This project is concerned with the Real Estate company’s day to day activities. The web application helps in making transaction entries with less effort since the application is designed with easy to use input forms.The objective of this project is computerizing the existing system and reduces the manual clerical work. This project is consists of four modules namely Administrator module, Customer module, Land owner module and Report Generation module.
The Administrator module maintains the information about the land purchasing details, constructed house details, house sales details, payment details, house type details and receipt details.The Land Owner module maintains the information about the details of land owner and details of land. The Customer module maintains the information about the details of customer and house booking details.The Report Generation module produces the information about customer details, land owner details, land purchase details, house types details, house details, sold houses details, payment details, receipt details, house request details and land sale details.
The objectives of the project are to manage the clerical activities of the company with minimal input during the data entry process. And also creating solution that reduces the management burden of company.

Update project status of company immediately at any time. The scope of the project is to create an integrated web site that assists data management of company and also to increase the efficiency of the transactions.
