This project entitled “CAR DECORS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is designed using Microsoft VisualStudio.NET 2008, .ASP.NET as front end, c# is used as coding language and . Microsoft-SQL Server 2005 is used as back end database. This Car Decors Management System tracks the current process at Car Decors Company. This project currently designed to single user type “Admin”. Login module will help to validate the admin, customer and employee.

The software is designed to validate the login credential of admin, customer and employee. The system manages  the supplier, accessories purchase, sales, job taken, process and delivery details. The client will make the enquiry about the accessories  details and register with the requirements for his car. The  Admin will assign the job to employee and update the current process in the system.. Finally, the  admin will update the delivery details and the payment details.  The Employees login into the system and update the accessories fitted as per the requirement and submit it to the admin. Customer login for viewing status of the vehicle details. The reports are generated on the information requested by the company such as job taken, sales, purchase, delivery etc.,

             The day to day process and work of the company increases with the new customers and  more job orders. Tracking the job orders, stock maintenance, ensuring the prompt delivery of the vehicles, billing becomes tedious. Hence the system is developed with the following objectives .

  • Keep track of the stock details.
  • Keep track of the jobs taken and delivered.
  • Easy to calculate the accessories sales and fitting charges.
  • To make vehicle accessories registration and delivery.
  • To keep track of the employee details.
  • To reduce clerical work.
  • To reduce time consumption.
