The project “APARTMENT ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM” has been developed using Microsoft VB.Net as front 2008 end and MS-SQL Server 2005 as back end. The main aim of the project is to provide a application to maintain the operations of apartments. This software help them to store all transactions electronically in a system, which in turn saves lot time, money and energy.
The company has many apartments under its control and each of the apartment has many flats with some of the flats are for rent and some of the flats are sold and occupied by the owners. The activities of the apartment like rent collection, date of occupancy, date of vacation, name of the tenant, advance collected, returned, monthly Maintenance expenses such as Power. Water, Security etc., are maintained for various flats in each of the apartment. This is a very tedious job and maintaining all the details in the ledger is a huge task.
The Details of the various apartments and flats owned by the promoter is maintained in the manual ledgers and it becomes a tedious job to search for a particular information when the report is required. The reports are not easy to generate when the details are maintained in the manual ledgers.
In order to make solution to all the above said problems a system is designed to keep track of all the activities of the apartments and the reports are generated for any of the information required such as owner list, flat list, rental collection and the reports as required by the promoter. This system helps the promoter to have the information at his disposal any time and helps him to improve the business.
The Apartment management system is designed to provide utility to the daily operations of apartment and this software enable to keep records of the daily transactions in an electronic manner which saves a lot of energy, time and money.
